Made from a blend of three "Pinots"- Noir, Blanc and Gris - the P3 is a gorgeous toasted peachy hue. Aromas are dried pear, citrus and fresh cranberry followed by smoky spiced notes. On the palate it's has layered, bold flavours of pear, berry hints, oak spice, citrus peel and vanilla.
