Fresh, dry, tangy.
Predominantly Pinot Noir with Chardonnay and Riesling harvested from Oliver and West Kelowna, this tasty and refreshing ballet slipper pink offers aromas of kumquats and cranberries wrapped in cedar and fine spice. Dry with tangy grapefruit peel, apples skin and spice flavours it has good balance and levity and enough structure to stand up to roasted chicken pork souvlaki palak paneer or with brie, goat’s cheese or camembert.

Fruity, floral, sweet.
Fruity and floral, approachable with pretty notes of peaches and tangerine, rose oil, honeysuckle and a spritz of zippy lime, The palate follows suit; juicy and fruity and off-dry with a slightly soapy finish, this is a wine for spicy dishes or holiday meals.

Plush, supple, jammy.
Shiraz, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Zinfandel come together to form this modern and jammy wine that was aged 14 months in French and American oak.
Cassis and plum compote, chocolate, baking spices, cherry licorice, menthol, leather and play doh aromas lead to a notably ripe and sweet and generous palate. A supple weight and mouthfilling vanilla, cola spices and chocolate flavours.
Pair: BBQ, bean chili, Portobello burgers or pizza and nachos.

Plush, supple, opulent.
A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, which doles out plush kirsch and cassis, leather and cocoa, spice and vanilla. The palate is supple and generous; an opulent version. Jammy fruit and baking spices and mocha, leather and tobacco flavours.
Pair: Grilled steaks, smoked cheeses, Portobello burgers.

Cherry, sweet, fresh.
This red blend, a mix of unknown varieties is a sweet red that is best chilled before service. Notes of black cherry and green olives, vanilla, pipe tobacco and toasted spices lead to a light-medium bodied palate with good freshness to keep it lively
