The Gancia Prosecco, recently arrived in BC is light and bright with a pleasing dance of bubbles and aromas of apple skin, talc and minerals with a whiff of fresh lilac. The palate is creamy with a crisp edge flavoured with apple, pear and citrus peel. Fresh and fun, nicely balanced and dry with a typical pithy Prosecco finish.
Serve with patio brunches or light appetizers
