Wild Goose Vineyards seems to have the knack for making white wines representative of British Columbia's wine-style. In Wild Goose, the fruit in the wine speaks for itself-clean and fresh with delicate peachy glints to it with crisp pear and nectarine fruit, white floral and almonds. In the mouth it has a softly rounded texture and a suggestion of oily weight. It's filled with vibrant flavours showing pink grapefruit, minerals and citrus zest on the finish.
