Expect good intensity right from the go; black currants and toasted spice, smoked plums, leather, bacon fat, roasted bell peppers and black cocoa aromas dominate. It's equally concentrated in the mouth with notable salinity and very savoury, meaty notes with black fruit and charred spice.
