Juicy, savoury, classic.
Made entirely from estate Pinot grown near Cawston in the Lazy River Vineyard in the Similkameen Valley, Mt. Boucherie's 2021 version shows impressive pinosity. Expect a potpourri of cedar and dried violets, baking spices, cranberry, sour cherry and beet greens, forest floor and saddle leather. It's a light-medium bodied red with a juicy character and earthy flavours to echo the nose. A good representation, classic and silky.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper

Toasted, golden, creamy.
From the Lazy River vineyard in the Similkameen Valley Mount Boucherie's reserve tier Chardonnay was aged 8 months in 100% new French oak.
Expect toasted hazelnut and yellow pears, vanilla, buttered brioche, melon and faint spice. The palate is laden with dulcet golden pineapples, butterscotch and vanilla liqueur. It has a sweet character, a slick and creamy texture and trails flavours of spiced nuts on the finish.
Pair:BBQ, savoury casseroles, wild mushrooms, hearty soups and stews and hard cheeses.

Powerful, lengthy, plush.
From the Lazy River vineyard in the Similkameen Valley Mount Boucherie's reserve tier Malbec was aged in American and French oak.
Expect rich black plums, chocolate pie, blackberries, kirsch and licorice aromas. It has coffee, peppery spices, dark earth, sage and oak flavours underscored by saline. The finish is powerful. lengthy and meaty.
Pair:BBQ, savoury casseroles, wild mushrooms, hearty soups and stews and hard cheeses.

Impressive, fragrant, seamless.
From the Lazy River vineyard in the Similkameen Valley and the South Rock and Lost Horn vineyards in the Okanagan, Mount Boucherie's reserve tier Merlot was aged in American and French oak for 14 months.
Dark plum and wild black berry aromas are layered with toasted spice, fresh earth and faint cocoa and licorice. It is a retrained wine with flavours to echo the nose; wild berry, plum, coffee, black chocolate, tobacco and spice. Expect a firm but balanced palate with chalky tannins
Pair:BBQ, savoury casseroles, runny brie and game.

Expect cherries and roasted beets, blackberry, white pepper, licorice and vanilla on the nose. The palate is more restrained with vague red fruit alongside spice, cedar, tobacco and leather flavours.
Pair:BBQ, savoury casseroles, wild mushrooms, cheese fondue, aged goat cheese and crusty bread slathered in smoky babaganoush.
