Juicy, balanced, fleshy.
A golden-hued Pinot Gris with aromas of roasted pears, lemon, spiced honey and apples that lead to a palate of fleshy golden fruits and spice. A solid style, with a juicy and balanced character.

Golden and complex this traditional method sparkling suggests yellow apple compote and wild honey, creamed pears, acacia, lemon butter and caramel praline. Dry with excellent structure, a fine mousse and creamy richness, it's a truly fine example of a classic styled sparkler.

Creamy pears and apples, bread dough and lemon curd aromas lead to a complex and bright palate with excellent mousse, yellow fruits and lemon biscuit flavours. Stylish and edgy.
