Creamy, stylish, edgy.
Made in the traditional method, and then aged on lees in bottle 'en tirage' for more than 2 years.
Creamy pears and apples, bread dough and lemon curd aromas lead to a complex and bright palate with excellent mousse, yellow fruits and lemon biscuit flavours. Stylish and edgy.
