I love the Golden Mile "Road 13 White" as a crisp sipper but the "5th Element" is truly boxing in another weight class.
Primarily Viognier with the addition of 25% Orange Muscat and 14% Chardonnay this wine seduces. Honey tangerines, exotic floral aromas and a creamy fruit-cup compote of pears and peaches. On the palate it is fresh, dry and weighty with lemon/lime, marmalade, honeysuckle and mineral flavours.
A bottle to impress!
