Very ripe fruit aromas of pear, guava and snappy grapefruit with exotic floral, honey and hint of mushroom. The palate has a kiss of sweetness with pleasing spice, stonefruit and grapefruit peel flavours. Lovely rounded, not assertive, acidity and a refreshing finish.
Pair with white fish or vegetarian spring rolls dipped in spicy fruit sauce.
