Made from 100% Verdicchio the Le Moie Dei Castelli is a more complex version of the classic green amphora bottle we all recognize.
The aromas are musky- beeswax, forest floor/mushroomy notes, roasted nuts, oak spice, toffee and apple pie. It is supple, with a rounded oily texture, spice, citrus and roasted apple and nutty flavours that linger.
Pair with pasta or white fish in a creamy, nutty sauce or antipasti platters.
