A blend of indigenous white Portuguese grapes; Encruzado, Malvasia-Fina and Bical this wine is very pale in colour with greenish glints, loads of fresh flinty minerality, citrus zest, a hint of white blossoms with undertones of grass and pea shoots. The flavours echo the aromas - delicate, light-bodied and juicy with citrus, minerals and soft acidity.
A definitive food wine - pair with soft cheeses or seafood salads.
