A very light-bodied Sauvignon Blanc with subtle floral, white fruit, mineral notes and citrus with a hint of herbs. Crisp, tart and lemony with herbal/cut grass and mineral flavours.
A nice pairing option for a light summer lunch with fresh greens or delicate white fish in lemon.
