Casa Silva 'Quinta Generacion', Colchagua Valley Chile, 2004
Readers rated this wine:
Opaque ruby-blue with intense aromas - sweet blackberry, blueberry and currants, loads of fresh mint, dark flowers and the meaty, earthy and peppery Shiraz shows through. Similar jammy fruit seduces the palate, warm spices and chocolate, coffee, savoury flavours and vanillin oak. Supple, creamy and powerful with good acidity and integrated tannins. Excellent! A blend of; Cabernet, Carmenere, Shiraz and Petit Verdot. Wine Scores Reviewed - July 21st, 2008
