Cherries - stewed and dried, smoke and vanilla, earthy and minerally with composty notes and tomato leaf. The same cherry is echoed on the palate with spice and cedar flavours. Its light-medium bodied with spice and coffee ground flavours on the finish, the acidity is high, the tannins integrated.
