This Southern France blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot has aromas of berry fruit, cocoa, smoke, tar and meaty notes. On the palate it is smooth with chewy flavours - dark fruit, fine spices and tobacco with a bittersweet chocolate. It is full-bodied and quite savoury, a wine for hard cheeses or rich meat dishes.
