Richly coloured with aromas of bittersweet chocolate, ripe dark fruit, leather and mixed spices. The aromas are fresh, elegant - not jammy -with dried fruit notes, smoke, spice, licorice, chocolate and lots of pepper. Very food-friendly with its hints of tartness on the finish.
