A somewhat reserved nose, primarily green apple followed by citrus and minerals with a hint of sweet herbs - some sulpher initialy but it blows off in the glass. Snappy citrus peel and tart apple flavours, just off-dry with rounded acidity on the finish. Only 10% alcohol makes it easy to swallow...
