The Tempranillo in this blend takes the lead with black cherry, berry, bacon and mineral aromas with leather and fleur de sel notes. On the palate the wine is earthy and chewy...plummy and cherried with peppery spices and dusty tannins on the finish.
Like the bull on the label obviously states, this wine wants meat.
