Expect aromas of smoked plums, blackberry, mocha and spice, earthy/meaty undertones with a final lingering whiff of raspberries and pepper. Flavours of cocoa and smoked spice hit the palate first, dark fruit and chocolate next followed by coffee grounds and spice, roasted/char flavours linger on the finish.
