A serious Bordeaux-style blend (aka Meritage) with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from a new but quality producer in the Similkameen Valley.
Intense aromas - plums and currants, some char notes, jalapeno and bell pepper with loads of spice, chocolate and vanilla tones. Good power on the palate, muscular, dark and dense, cherries and currants, hot spices and wood shaving flavours. The finish is meaty, smoky and lingers with ripe tannins.
