Pristine golden-yellow with voracious bubbles and a bright aromas of pretty white flowers, exotic kumquat citrus, orchard pears and apples and fresh mineral notes. In the mouth, candied citrus rind ginger with a superbly clean finish. Oh look my glass seems to be empty...
