Delicate aromas - white peaches, honey blossoms, minerals, citrus zest and appealing whiffs of sweet almond oil. The texture is gently rounded, the acidity soft, showing flavours of honey roasted almonds, lemons and peaches with a pleasing bitterness on the finish.
