Winds of Change refers perhaps not only to the change in the political climate, as quoted from Harold MacMillan in 1960 but also from the Fair Trade and certified organic product in the bottle.
This wine is darkly hued with garnet/purple hints. The aromas are red fruits - juicy berry and plum with dried fruits, chocolate, vanilla licorice and a not unpleasant hint of rubber on the finish. It's fresh on the entry, gently textured with berry echos, charred meaty hints and rich liqueur flavours with dusty tannins.
