Supple, fresh, textural.
Made from 60% Tannat and 40% Cabernet Franc, which come from 40-50 year old vines on a 22-hectare site in the southernmost part of the Madiran appellation.
Expect wonderful aromas of smoked black cherries and black licorice, cassis and mocha lead to a more restrained palate; spice and cocoa lead to a textural palate. Overall, good balance, attractive chewy mouthfeel and notable freshness.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper

Supple, chewy, earthy.

Notes of chocolate and leather, cassis, spice, graphite tobacco and leather roll into a supple and earthy palate. Molasses, soy sauce and dried fruit flavours dominate, alluding to its age, and the tannins are firm and powdery thanks to the Tannat, and they add chewiness. Overall, good complexity.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper

Aromatic, earthy, depth.
From the land of Sauvignon Blanc, this aromatic dusty pink Gris offers Asian pears and musky honey notes layered with grapefruit and orchard blossoms. It has good acidity and depth with earthy undertones and a pleasing green almond bitterness.
A wine for roast chicken, oily fish, mushroom risotto and sweet baked squash.

Aromatic, earthy, creamy.
From the land of Sauvignon Blanc, this aromatic Gris shows some of its Pinot parentage with earthy undertones wrapped in creamy pears, honey and citrus. The palate shows decent weight and complexity overall, it has bright acidity, softened by a creamy edge.
A wine for roast chicken, oily fish, mushroom risotto and sweet baked squash.

Bouncy, tangy, refreshing
A bouncy fusion of strawberry jellies and cherry aromas with a spritz of tangerine and a core of dried rose petals. The palate is an echo of the nose; tangy red fruit is layered with golden citrus. It is a straightforward and refreshing sipper.
