Always outstanding, this vintage Riesling is no exception with crunchy apricots, green apples, orange blossoms, honey and lime aromas, which translate to a snappy, precise palate with peach, tangy citrus and lip-smacking green apple flavours.

Precise, racy, lip-smacking.
Having forged the Kamloops Wine Trail (and as of 2018 the Thompson Valley sub-GI), Harper’s Trail has been doing delicious things with estate Riesling and Pinot Noir (among others) on the southern banks of the Thompson River for many years now.
The estate is named for another pioneer, cattle drive rancher, Thaddeus Harper who lived in the region in the 1800s.
Notes of lemon drops and green apples, lime, honey, wildflowers, straw and petrol lead to a snappy palate with a slick texture, racy acidity and crunchy tree fruit and citrus flavours. The finish is lip-smacking.

Pretty, racy,expressive.

Harper's Trail is one of only a handful of wineries pioneering the Kamloops wine region along the South Thompson River. The estate is home to highly regarded limestone soils, which are responsible for making some of the world's greatest wines.
Energetic lime and green apples, apricots and chamomile tea, orchard blossoms and star fruit aromas lead to a racy palate. Expressive fruit and a kiss of sweetness define this lovely white, it's a pretty wine with a lemon tea finish.

Honeyed, precise, taut.

Owned by Ed and Vicki Collett, who have used winemaker Michael Bartier as a consultant since day one, Harper's Trail now has their own winery and has large expansion plans for the next decade or so.
Their estate is home to highly regarded limestone soils, which are responsible for making some of the world's greatest wines.
The 2018 is outstanding; snappy green apples, petrol, crunchy peach, apricot stone and white flower aromas lead to a taut and nervy palate. It is precise and pristine with a long racy finish.

Honeyed, ripe, lively.

The 2019 delivers aromas of snappy green apples, white raisins, crunchy peach, lime, honey and white flowers. It is precise and pristine with flavours of lemon-lime and green apples slice through with a steel blade. It seems riper than last vintage with more weight overall, but it still boasts lively acidity.
