Snappy, lemony, pristine.
Lemondrops and wet stones, melon and peach, crunchy green pear and dried flower aromas are expressed on the nose. It's a juicy and dry white with notable purity. Snappy orchard fruits dominate the palate, it has good depth and texture a nice slip on the tongue and a tangy citrus finish.

Charming, fresh, honest.
Made from vines over 20-years-old, which are grown on clay, loam and rock soils, the Blue Grouse Pinot Noir is one of the best coming off Vancouver Island. Aromas of star anise and cherries, raspberry and blueberry are layered with forest floor and cocoa. It is sweetly fresh and approachable, charming and honest. Smooth and balanced with a finish trailing flavours of tealeaf and cocoa flavoured tannins.

Charming, fresh, elegance.
Made from vines over 20-years-old, which are grown on clay, loam and rock soils, the Blue Grouse Pinot Noir shows its island roots. Soon you'll be seeing these estate grown wines under the newly appointed Cowichan Valley sub-GI, the newest of these sub-zones in the province.
Pretty aromas of violets, cherries and wild berries, vanilla, star anise and cocoa lead to a textural palate with juicy red fruit and earthy flavours mingled with fine spice. It has Old World charm and understated elegance.

Crunchy, pristine, snappy.
A blend that includes Pinot Gris, Schonburger, Gewurztraminer and Siegerrebe, the Quill White is brimming with peaches and honey, white raisins and lychee and orchard blossoms, on the nose. It is dry and crunchy with snappy white tree fruits, candied melon and honey. Nice fruity character, it's fresh and delicious.

Approachable, spicy, fresh.
Made from Vancouver Island Gamay this fresh little number leads muddled cherry and star anise, vanilla, wild herbs, cola spices and warm chocolate. Slightly textural it has neutral fruit and spice flavours and trails berry tea on the finish; overall it has a very earthy character. A slight chill before serving is suggested.
Pair:sausages, burgers, pizza, medium-firm cheeses and hearty vegetable stews.
