Moon Curser

Okanagan Valley
Oliver / Osoyoos

Moon Curser Arneis, Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:
Slick, singular, fresh.
Arneis is a rare variety outside of Piedmont, Italy and is managed well by MoonCurser.
It's a pristine white with notes of wet stone, star fruit, lemon peel unripe nectarines, dried wildflowers and hay. It has attractive weight and concentration, is slick with creamy yet crunchy fruit and green almonds and has a pithy citrusy finish. A singular offering that's def worth seeking.

Moon Curser Arneis, Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:
Slick, unique, fresh.
Arneis is a rare variety, especially here; it's a Piedmontese grape, which Mooncurser handles well.
Lemongrass and star fruit mountain stream and spring blossom aromas lead to a juicy and off-dry palate. It has a slick texture and great concentration with flavours of lanolin, yellow fruit, juicy citrus peel and green almond. Brisk yet oily on the tongue it is a unique white worth reaching for.

Readers rated this wine:
Tasty, unique, fresh.
Arneis is a rare variety, especially here; it's a Piedmontese grape, but Mooncurser does well by it.
This vintage, crunchy green apples, lime, spring blossoms and star fruit aromas are layered with stony minerality. It has tension and equally good concentration with a creamy weight and brisk lemon and green almond flavours.

Moon Curser Arneis, Osoyoos East Bench, Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:
Tasty, unique, fresh.
Arneis is a relatively new white for Moon Curser (2013 was their first vintage), it is a rare variety; a Piedmontese grape.
A mineral/oyster shell note dominates, layered by green almond and lemons with herbal undertones. Lemon-lime and herbal notes along with mineral on the palate, mimic the nose. Good overall potency, a waxy texture and fresh finish.
Very unique and damn tasty.

Moon Curser Cabernet Sauvignon, Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:
Fresh, spiced, earthy.
Grown on the Osoyoos East Bench this Cabernet offers current and dried plums, vanilla, licorice, mocha, tobacco and graphite aromas. Fine spice, tealeaf, dusty plum flavours lead to a fresh palate with cocoa tannins. I suggest drinking now, not cellaring.
