Juicy, purity, fresh.
Corcelettes is a family run boutique winery of 5500 cases per year; it’s situated on 150-acres of the Similkameen Valley's rugged Upper Bench in Keremeos. The first vintage was in 2011 and since, Charlie and Jesce Baessler have made the estate a destination winery known for warm welcomes and elegant region-reflective wines.
New to the portfolio, the Chardy was barrel fermented in 25% new oak and saw daily lees stirring for sixteen weeks wile going through a full malolactic ferment.
It has lovely freshness on the nose; dried pineapple and Meyer lemons, creamed corn, caramel, juicy yellow apples and vanilla aromas lead to lovely purity in the mouth. It has a juicy entry and slick texture, the finish trails oak spice and vanilla flavours.
