Perfumed, structure, persistent.
A blend of Merlot 63%, Cabernet Sauvignon 32% and Cabernet Franc 5% that has an enticing perfume of Balck cherries and cassis, pipe tobacco and vanilla, cedar chips and violets. The palate is more restrained; flavors of spice and cocoa, leather, tobacco and vague black fruits lead to a long and fresh finish.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper

Dry, bouncy, silky.
Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah and raring to pair with pistou soup, raw vegetables dipped in aioli, salmon, prawn skewers or salad nicoise, this pale apricot-hued rose will delight you with red berries, honey, grapefruit, tangerine and wild flower aromas. It is tangy and dry with suggestions of red fruits; bouncy and approachable it has a juicy citrus laden finish.

Textural, bright, juicy.
Made from Tempranillo, Garnacha and Mazuelo grapes this crianza was aged 12 months in French and American oak barrels and then additional time in bottle before release.
Bright and tangy aromas of strawberry and rhubarb, dried orange peel and tealeaf atop rose petals lead to a tart palate with jubilant fruit and a long juicy finish. Good overall structure and balance; modern yet rustic--it's a great combination.

Pretty, fresh, woven.
Made from Tempranillo with 10% Garnacha and Mazuelo and Graciano grapes, this crianza was aged 13-14 months in American oak barrels and then additional time in bottle before release.
Attractive dried strawberry, cedar, iodine, rose petal and fine spices, leather and anise aromas lead to a classic palate. Smooth and earthy it has good concentration, persistence and freshness.
A pretty wine, evolved and woven.

Rich, resinous, slick.
Made from Viura, this rich and resinous white offers lemon grass, honey and peach fuzz, green apples, lime and wildflowers. It has a slick honeyed but dry and savoury palate. Herbal and citrus flavours are woven with golden fruits and it as a distinct salty/umami character.
Pairs nicely with savoury deep-fried vegetarian spring rolls, but also with oily fish and white meats.
