Plush, supple, fresh.
Italy's southern Aglianico variety is known for it's structure and high acidity and the Teodosio reflects those qualities and more.
It has a plush nose of melted chocolate and vanilla soaked cherries, licorice, clove, cinnamon with vague leathery undertones. Fresh and velvety, the palate delivers warm cherry and chocolate, pipe tobacco and espresso flavours. A mouthfilling and silky wine with a lengthy finish.
A studious wine for hearty dishes and protein.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper
