Plush, supple, opulent.
A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, which doles out plush kirsch and cassis, leather and cocoa, spice and vanilla. The palate is supple and generous; an opulent version. Jammy fruit and baking spices and mocha, leather and tobacco flavours.
Pair: Grilled steaks, smoked cheeses, Portobello burgers.
