Second review: June 2025 Strawberry jam and forest floor aromas mingle with roasted beets, saddle leather, dried flowers, anise and pipe tobacco. Fresh and juicy red berry flavours are underscored by fine spice, bacon fat, leather and forest floor. Classic style, silky with nice harmony. ©copyright 2023 Daenna Van Mulligen Wine Scores Reviewed - June 3rd, 2025
Savoury, classic, juicy.
The Kruger family established Wile Goose Vineyards in Okanagan Falls in 1984, and since 2021 has been owned by Burrowing Owl Vineyards in Oliver. Aromas of spiced red berries and cocoa, saddle leather, beet greens, dried flowers and tealeaf. The palate is an echo of the nose; it is juicy and classic, medium-bodied with a medium+ finish. ©copyright 2023 Daenna Van Mulligen
