Expect spiced cherries, mocha, violets and vanilla, licorice and raspberry aromas. It's supple and delivers sweet berry flavours woven with spice and cedar. Medium+ bodied with attractive buoyancy, the finish is long and trails cocoa flavours.
Pair: Roasted meats, game, hard cheeses, or veggie burgers, pizza or grilled mushrooms and eggplant.
