Complete, spicy, aromatic.
Eight barrels made, this hand-harvested was aged 15 months in French oak barrels.
It is an outstanding Syrah from a hot vintage, which doles out smoked plums, blueberry, mocha, licorice, leather and black pepper aromas. The palate is sweet and spicy; it is juicy and elegant, fleshy, silky and decidedly complete. Fine dolce tannins round out this stunner, and it has a long and berry-flavoured finish.

Savoury, toasted. smooth.
This Syrah (with 3% Viognier) was hand-harvested from the Blind Creek Vineyard and aged 15 months in French oak barrels to mature.
Notes of red plum and blackberry are dusted with dark cocoa and layered with bacon fat, wild brush, leather and pepper. It has a supple entry and flavours of charred plum, toasted spice, espresso, black chocolate and tobacco with salted meat and white pepper trailing on the finish. Very savoury, quite smooth and nice freshness.

Decadent, plush, depth.
Made from specially selected vineyard blocks in the Similkameen Valley and neighboring South Okanagan Valley. Signature varies each vintage and the 2011 is made from 44% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc 22%, Malbec 6% and Petit Verdot 5%.
It has a plush, decadent nose of chocolate, espresso, cassis, vanilla and licorice with layers of black cherry, raspberry, baking spices and crushed purple flowers. The palate is fresh and finely textured with loads of black and purple fruits, pipe tobacco, sweet spices and mocha flavours. Great balance and persistence - another great vintage!

Energetic, supple, plush.
Made from specially selected vineyard blocks in the Similkameen Valley and neighboring South Okanagan Valley. Signature varies each vintage and the 2012 is made from 42% Merlot, 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot.
Expect plush aromas of black currents and plums, mocha, vanilla, baking spices and leather. It boasts energetic fruit on the palate, which is layered with dried herbs, cocoa and tea leaf flavours. Finely texture tannins stay the course from entry through finish.

Textural, complex, fresh.
Made from specially selected vineyard blocks in the Similkameen Valley and neighboring South Okanagan Valley. Signature varies each vintage but is generaly comprised of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
This vintage delivers silky aromas of black cherries, wild forest berries, vanilla, dried rose petals, tobacco, oregano and sage. The palate mimics the nose; it is earthy and complex, supple and fresh with textural tannins. The fruit here is more tangy and tart, and is layered with toasted spice, tealeaf and bittersweet chocolate.
