Savoury, value, approachable.
Made of 70% Carmenere, a Bordelaise variety that was readily adopted by Chile, and 30% Merlot, the variety Chileans thought Carmenere was, until they tested it.
Red fruits and spice, leather and cocoa, iodine and wild herbal notes morph into a medium-bodied and approachable red that is spicy, savoury, fresh, and well-suited to weekday dinners.

A consistent blend of 70% Carmenere (a Bordelaise variety that was readily adopted by Chile), and 30% Merlot this value red offers bold spice aromas melded with red currents and plums, mulberry and vanilla, bay leaf, leather and wild herbs. It's medium-boded and fresh, lean and approachable with cocoa, tealeaf and spice flavours trailing across the finish. Pair: Any hearty weekday dinners from the grill, red pastas, roasted mushrooms or pizza.

An honest value, a buy-by-the-case price, this Central Valley Sauvignon Blanc offers up notes of elderflower and grass clippings, passionfruit and gooseberries and white peaches. The palate is tangy and bright, fresh and zesty, in a classic styling.
Crisp, dry, and straightforward with a distinct umami character, making it a great white for food pairing with seafood, goat cheese quiche or veggie stir-frys.

Citrus-y, value, verdant
A rare blend, Sauvignon Blanc with 15% the red variety Carmenere, this tangy white leads with notes of lemon and gooseberry, passion-fruit and green apples, with a core of nettle and grass clippings. The palate is crunchy, sweaty and smoky with intense herbal notes leading to a finish of grilled lemons.
A solid everyday white to pair with seafood, goat cheese quiche, spicy stir-frys.
