Pristine, buoyant, slick.
Made from organic Glera (the grape of Prosecco) and Raboso (for it's ruby colour) this pretty pale salmony frizzanti offers honey and stone fruits, wild red berries and delicate floral notes. It is juicy and leans dry, is pristine and has a slick texture. Tangy and buoyant, this is a delicious sipper any day of the week--if you don't drink it all in one go, it has a handy built in swing top cork closure.

Complex, floral, tangy.
The organic La Jara extra dry Prosecco comes in a stylish bottle with a gleaming gold label, and is made entirely from organic Glera grapes. It has a pleasing complexity lacking in many Prosecco wines and is a blessedly drier style. Aromas of sweet citrus, floral talc, orchard fruits and honey lead to a creamy palate with good complexity and a tangy, zippy finish.

Complex, golden, persistent.
The organic La Jara extra dry Prosecco has a stylish new label, but is still made entirely from organic Glera grapes. It has a pleasing complexity lacking in many Prosecco wines; the nose offers golden fruit, warm pastries, honey, acacia and toasted nuts atop pineapple. An attractive and persistent bead drifts up the glass while complimentary flavours of toasted brioche and yellow apples drift across a foamy palate.

Organic, delicate, impressive.
Made from Glera, this delicate and fragrant frizzante sparkler blooms with aromas of lemon verbena, crisp orchard fruits, apricot marmalade, freesia blossoms and rosewater. It is tangy and fine-boned with pristine fruit. It has a kiss of sweetness and impressive brightness on the palate. An on-point Prosecco with good length, trailing exotic citrus flavours.
Pair: at brunches or a platter of olives, soft cheese and bread.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.

This organic sparkling rose is a pale salmon pink with delicate bubbles and aromas of cherries and orchard fruits, honey and citrus blossoms. It is tangy and juicy, has a kiss of sweetness and is simple but delicious. It has a good weight just a touch of phenolic texture and a citrus-y finish.
