Approachable, zesty, fruity.
The Chronos label (along with TIME, McWatters Collection, and Evolve are owned by 5 Vine Cellars) and are made at the TIME Winery in Penticton. They have a series of new sparkling wines which have recently been released, this Chronos is a blend of Chardonnay with 20% Pinot Noir; it was made in the charmat method whereby the second fermentation happened in tank.
Warm creamy pears aromas dominate those nose and are underscored by honey, straw flowers and clay. It's an approachable and fruit forward fizzy wine with a kiss of sweetness and a lively bubble. The finish is zesty and trails yuzu citrus notes.

Chronos Cabernet Franc Okanagan Valley BC

Supple, fragrant, fresh.
The Chronos label (along with TIME, McWatters Collection, and Evolve are owned by 5 Vine Cellars) and are made at the TIME Winery in Penticton; the Chronos label is the newest and this is their first Cab Franc. It was aged 16 months in French oak (20% new).
It has a spicy/sweet nose with aromas of black raspberries, black currant, licorice and brown spices, pipe tobacco and candied violets. Flavours of chocolate and white pepper, briary berries, espresso and mocha lead to a salty smooth finish. A supple red with nice balance.

Texture, fragrant, supple.
The Chronos label (along with TIME, McWatters Collection, and Evolve are owned by 5 Vine Cellars) and are made at the TIME Winery in Penticton; the Chronos label is the newest and this is their first Cab Sauv. It was aged in French and American oak (20% new).
Expect notes of currants and black raspberry, vanilla, pipe tobacco, licorice and roses. It has a supple entry and is more muscular on the palate than the nose alludes. Flavours of black chocolate and espresso, tobacco and toasted spice flavours dominate and there is some tannic texture on the finish.

Chronos Chardonnay Okanagan Valley BC

Nutty, zesty, fresh.
The Chronos label (along with TIME, McWatters Collection, and Evolve are owned by 5 Vine Cellars) and are made at the TIME Winery in Penticton; the Chronos label is the newest.
This Chardonnay is fermented entirely in stainless steel and did not undergo a secondary fermentation but had weekly lees stirring for three weeks.
Smoked spice and warm lemons, burnt brown sugar and apple sauce, vanilla, roasted nuts and cucumber water aromas lead to a fresh palate with lemon and grapefruit, bitter melon and yellow apples.

Approachable, attractive, fresh
The Chronos label (along with TIME, McWatters Collection, and Evolve are owned by 5 Vine Cellars) and are made at the TIME Winery in Penticton.
This new Merlot delivers black chocolate and wild berries, earth, tobacco, leather and undertones of black raspberry. The entry is fresh, it's approachable with an attractive weight and trails dark chocolate covered plum flavours.
