Supple, value, modern.
Rich and supple, but with good freshness to balance, this Merlot doles out chocolate, ripe berries, plum cake, baking spices and vanilla. Equally modern on the palate, it is sweeter than it really needs to be (a somewhat drier-style would be appreciated) but if you love that plush purple and red berry jam, mocha and cola spice style, this one is up your alley.

Refreshing, oily, value.
Honey and peach jam, guava and elderflower, citrus blossoms and grass clippings lead to a refreshing palate that has an oily edge lending it good weight. A solid style offering good value.

Plush, value, approachable.
Approachable value, this Cabernet and Merlot blend leads with smoked plums and cherries then rolls into spicy licorice, vanilla and cracked black pepper. It is supple and earthy, balanced with good structure and fruit weight. Flavours of tobacco and dark mocha culminate in a clove finish.
An everyday red for burgers, BBQ or pizza.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper

Plush, modern, opulent.
One of the clear standouts from the red Private Reserve lineup, this two Cabernet and Merlot blend doles out generous sarsaparilla, mocha and purple fruit aromas. It is supple and smooth with chocolate, licorice, espresso and dark chocolate muddled with baking spice flavours. It's undoubtedly an international style, plump, opulent and concentrated with a decadent and spice-laden finish.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper

Value, consistent, classic.
This wine has long been a flagship for Sumac Ridge – its attractive price point holds great appeal too.
Exotic and tropical, rose petals and orange blossoms and five-spice. Classic Gew flavours, tangy, zesty and spicy with a soapy finish.
Pair: Mild curries, sushi, pulled pork, sausage, washed rind cheeses.
Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
