Now a stand alone (no longer under the Sumac Ridge label) the Steller's Jay Brut is a cuvee (blend) of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, made in the traditional method. This BC bubbly has wonderful complexity and you can expect a nose of citrus and ginger, orchard blossoms, honey, yellow apples and hazelnut. The palate has a supple mouthfeel and attractive lushness with a creamy mousse and flavours of toasted pastries and yellow fruit.
Fine and elegant with impressive consistency of price and quality.

New, aromatic, citrus.
Now a stand alone (no longer under the Sumac Ridge label) the Steller's Jay sparkling wines now come in a range, including this Gewurztraminer. It loses something in translation, sadly. The nose offers classic notes of lychee and rose petals, orange blossoms and lemon tea, alongside nectarine, pear and crisp gala apples. The palate has a kiss of sweetness, attractive mousse and plenty of citrus wrapped in dried pear and apples slices. It's a bit of a doughnut on the palate (hollow) however, and the finish is medium-length.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Parmesan & Rosemary

Fizzy, fruity, creamy.
This fizzy pink and brilliant blend of Gamay and Merlot is salmony-pink is colour with cranberries, strawberries, tangerine and orange blossom aromas. It has a kiss of sweetness, is tangy and juicy with medium-fine bubbles.
Fizzy and bright with a subtly creamy texture and mouthwatering finish.

Fizzy, fruity, tasty.
This sweet fizzy pink blend of Gamay and Merlot is coppery-pink with aromas of juicy stone fruits and summer berries, orange blossoms and warm honey pastries. Moussy with sugared berry and peach tea flavours it is tasty and fun with good length.

Fizzy, fruity, bouncy.
This off-dry pink is 70% Gamay and 30% Merlot is a newer addition to the SJ portfolio. It is pinky-salmon with rose gold glints, and offers aromas of fuzzy peaches, summer berries, and tangerine. Fizzy and bright, it is bouncy and fruity in the mouth; it has a subtly creamy texture and mouthwatering finish.
