Toasted, potent, lemony.
Toasted oak, browned butter, grilled lemons, melon, spice and toffee nuts dominate the nose. The palate is equally toasted and buttery, lemony and potent. It is a concentrated stye with a long leesy and flinty finish. Pair: Halibut, creamy pastas, rich shellfish in butter, and smoked cheeses.

Woven, savoury, expressive.
A savoury vintage of this Merlot, you can expect plummy flavours layered with dried cherries, peppery spices, mocha, leather and dried sage. Sweet and expressive fruit lead the palate; it's lively acidity adds levity to a rich chocolaty and spicy character. Great overall style, nicely woven and balanced with a long sweet tobacco finish. Velvety, juicy, tasty.
Township 7 has a house style of plush red wines and this one does not differ. Intense and velvety on the nose, it offers creamy chocolate, plums and spice cake, dried violets and baking spices and cedar chips. The palate entry is juicy, it has a soft mi-palate and flavours of dusty plums, cocoa and spice. Overall, good balance, a tasty wine. Pair: BBQ, hearty tomato and meat pastas, roasted lamb, or medium to hard cheese

Complex, creamy, fresh.
The reserve Chardonnay from T7 is barrel fermented and aged and has a savoury and sweet character. Notes of yellow apples, browned butter, vanilla and roasted nuts lead to a palate that is supple and creamy but also fresh and lemony. Great balance and texture here; the finish is long and trauls vanilla and spice flavours. Pair: lobster, cedar planked salmon, creamy chicken dishes, creamy fettucini, grilled white fish, breaded and fried oysters, roast chicken or squash ravioli.

Complex, creamy, nutty.
The reserve Chardonnay from T7 is 100% barrel aged (one year-old American oak), lees stirred and put through 100% malolactic (secondary) fermentation The nose offers smoked pears, roasted nuts, scorched orange peel sweet churned butter and brown spices. The palate is nutty and creamy with vanilla, orange segments, pineapples and grilled pears culminating in a spiced finish. Very good complexity and lively acidity to balance.
Pair: lobster, cedar planked salmon, creamy chicken dishes, creamy fettucini, grilled white fish, breaded and fried oysters, roast chicken or squash ravioli.
