Zesty, leesy, fine bead.
Located in Okanagan Falls, Liquidity has established itself as a stunning destination for food, wine and art.
Made from 85% Pinot Noir with 15% Chardonnay, which after initial barrel ferment was completed, the wine underwent a secondary fermentation in bottle. After 24 months of resting on lees, the wine was disgorged, dosage added, and then spent an additional 5 months aging in bottle before release.
It has a peachy gold hue and notes of bread dough and small red berries, yellow apples and acacia, Meyer lemons and forest floor/mushroomy undertones. It has a fine bead and lemony sort of autolytic flavours along with nutty undertones. Racy with a creamy edge it's a vibrant bubbly with good persistence.
