Fleshy, supple, value.
This Cabernet is made in the Fundo Liguai de Huelquen Vineyard in the high (Alto) Maipo Valley by the family owned Perez Cruz winery. It oozes fleshy aromas of cassis and raspberry jam, rich mocha, sarsaparilla and violets. It is wonderfully expressive and plush; purple fruits and purple flowery flavours dominate. It is supple and spicy with ripe tannins and overall, very good balance at this price point.
