Charming, juicy, fragrant.
Some wines just make you smile, this utterly delightful Dolcetto (Italian meaning: little sweet one) is a charming one that does just that.
It was aged 8-months, in stainless and concrete.
Juicy high-toned red berries, wild cherries, concord grapes and crushed wildflowers, cocoa and earth. The palate is just as jubilant and silky as the nose suggest. A slight chill on this charmer will make it sing even more.
A lovely pizza wine
