Pristine, fragrant, lively
Made from Fort Berens Estate fruit grown in the Fraser Canyon, in Lillooet, this 2019 Riesling is scented with green apples, lemon/lime, apricots, honey and white blossoms. Pristine and lively, the palate has a kiss of sweetness and trails flavours of apricot and apple skin--the finish is medium length.
Pair with coconut and peanut curry over quinoa, fresh greens or sushi.


Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
