Zippy fun, fruity.
Made in the cuvee close method (similar to Prosecco) Evolve's Elan is made from Ortega. It's a fizzy wine with sweet peachy aromas woven with apples, honey and a spritz of tangerine. A light moussey palate is an echo of the nose; it has sweet zippy fruit and a zesty finish.
