Dry, tangy, savoury.
Pale coppery-pink, this Provence rose (70% Grenache 30% Cinsault) shows strawberry, tart cherry, garrigue, peach stone, tealeaf and orange peel aromas. It is dry and tangy, has a juicy pop of fruit and appealing savoury flavours. Bright, but with some smooth tannic grip to hold up to proteins.
Pair: appetizers, charcuterie, salad nicoise, aged goat cheese, ratatouille, white meats, salmon.
