Caves de Rauzan represents more than 3500 hectares of vines in the heart of Bordeaux comprised of nearly 340 cooperative members. The winery produces a large volume of AOC wines: Bordeaux Supeerieur, Bordeaux (white, rose and red), Entre-Deux-Mers and Cremant de Bordeaux.
Arriving fall of 2023 this 100% traditionally-made Semillon brut cremant suggests aromas of yellow and white tree fruits, bright citrus and melon, white flowers and honey. It's off-dry and juicy with oodles of tree fruit and floral flavours. Fresh and moussey and very approachable.
