This small production Similkameen Valley winery is owned by Tim and Caroline Cottrill, who make wine using all estate fruit.
I'm a huge fan of vibrant reds like this Gamay. This one delivers sweet raspberry, vanilla, cocoa, red cherry, violets and sweet spice notes to your nose. It is gregarious and charming, juicy and silky. Boucy fruit, good substance and a refreshing and persistent finish.
