A refreshing Marlborough Savvy with gooseberry, elderflower leaf, glass clippings, passionfruit, jalapeno, lime and green apple aromas. As expected it is tangy, verdant and citrusy on the palate. A straightforward but snappy white for salads, starters, goat cheese and asparagus quiche.
